Wet- and Dry-Footed Fiesta Tripods: Vintage or Not?

A recent blog visitor shares with us a pair of red Fiesta tripod candlesticks, one with a wet foot and one with a dry foot. They both appear (to us) to be vintage red Fiesta pieces. What are your thoughts?
