HLC Introduces FLAMINGO!

HLC introduced its latest Fiesta color, FLAMINGO, at the International Housewares Show in Chicago, IL earlier today.  We suspect that many Fiesta fans are "tickled pink" by this revelation.  Hopefully, we'll being seeing Flamingo Fiesta on major retailers' shelves soon!

I had hoped for a hotter deeper pink. This does not look much different than Post-86 Rose.

To me, it looks similar to Harlequin Ironstone coral.

Somebody on Facebook described it as "pink grapefruit". Maybe somewhere between Rose and Persimmon?

From what I've heard, HL hasn't been able to make a workable hot pink glaze. I like that they at least released a bright color after all the earthtones (Ivory, Paprika, Chocolate).

I think it looks like Mamie pink... like all the 50's pink bathrooms... perfect for Fiestaware... although I would really like to see a hot pink someday!
